Wonderful to see about your award, Gerhard! Hope to see you and Ruth at our Friday reunion. In any case, I’m looking forward to actually reading your book, instead of just reading about it. I’ve been into family history research for a while and self-published a book in 2013, though it appeals mostly to cousins and descendants, rather than the general public. In my mom’s family, we had six generations that lived in the area known as “Old North Columbus,” between Lane and Arcadia (N-S) and between Indianola Ave. and the Olentangy River.
